Andrea Navedo

Andrea Navedo (born Andrea Navedo) is an published American writer, actress and writer. Her first appearance was in soaps, such as One Life to Live and Guiding Light. In later seasons, she was in various supporting roles. Andrea Navedo was born 10 October 1977, in The Bronx New York United States. Navedo began her acting career as the daytime soap. She was on the show as Linda Soto, the ABC soap One Life to Live from 1995 until 1998. The show was relaunched as Guiding Light, a CBS soap Guiding Light in 1999 as Theresa Sandoval. She began her career on film with a small part on the show Girl 6 (1996), later she appeared in the episodes New York Undercover (1997) and The District. Navedo appeared as a co-star in Double Take (2001), an action comedy, and she also appeared in Washington Heights (2002). Navedo worked as a recurring actor on the NBC drama series Law & Order between 2001 to 2004, as Detective Ana Cordova. Law & Order: Criminal Intent Damages came out, as did Blue Bloods. Navedo played in numerous different films including El Cantante or Remember Me. Navedo played recurring parts on Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, How to Make It in America Golden Boy as well as How to Make It in America Golden Boy between 2011 and 2013. The comedy film Superfast! The parody film of The Fast and the Furious series was released in 2015. Navedo began her acting career in daytime soaps. Between 1995 and 1997, she portrayed the character Linda Soto in the ABC soap show One Life to Live. The actress joined CBS' Guiding Light in 1999 as Theresa Sandoval. There was a brief appearance in Girl 6 in 1996 and then appeared in New York Undercover episodes and The District. In 2001, Navedo played a part in the action comedy film Double Take.
